General Trip Information
You are most welcome to bring refreshments with you,
however Safety at Sea is a serious matter and we therefore insist that the consumption
of alcohol is
kept to an absolute minimum and that no illegal substances be on board at any
time. Failure to comply may result in the skipper terminating the trip and
returning to the quay. The skipper's decision is final and no refunds
will be given.
We recommend that you bring an extra layer of clothing with you especially
if the weather looks changeable. It can get cold out on the water and if raining
is not too much fun without a waterproof coat!
Terms and Conditions
Should we have to cancel a trip due to adverse weather conditions we will
refund your deposit or rearrange an alternative date. In the event of the customer
canceling a trip and the boat is unable to secure another booking for that
date we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
No claim will be accepted against the operators for cancellations due to illness,
vessel breakdown or any other event beyond our control.
